This small batch signature rye blend ages in new charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years. The carefully crafted blend is then transferred into a Calvados apple brandy barrel for an additional 3-8 months of aging. This finish provides notes of candied apples and vanilla to complement the fruit and rye spice of the whiskey.
