This big imperial stout, released in 2022, rested in Dancing Goat Limousin Rye bourbon barrels since before the previous year's release. Expect a full body with complex wood, vanilla, and molasses notes drawn from the barrel. This stout is gluten removed and best enjoyed in a stem glass at 45°F.
